ABOUT HALEY:
I grew up in a homeschooling family that traveled often while raising support to move to the mission field. When I was about two years old, my dad was called to reach the deaf community in America by planting deaf churches. As a pastor’s kid in a deaf church, I became fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and developed a deep heart for ministry. Over the years, I’ve been involved in various areas of children’s ministry, including VBS, directing Christmas plays, teaching Sunday school, and more. I truly love serving my Lord!
I also enjoy coordinating and decorating for events like graduations, weddings, and retreats. There’s something so exciting about watching all the details come together beautifully. In my free time, I love socializing, playing music, reading, and spending time with my family.
HALEY’S PERSPECTIVE ON INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY
Growing up as a missionary kid, I’ve always been surrounded by ministry and missionaries who have gone on international trips. I’ve heard countless stories and seen the incredible ways God works through His faithful servants. I believe international missions are a powerful way to spread the Gospel and fulfill the Great Commission — because as Christians, we are not just encouraged, but commanded by God to go and share His Good News with the world (Matthew 28:19-20). Stepping into cross-cultural missions not only impacts others but also deepens your own faith. Being out of your comfort zone teaches you to rely fully on God, trust His guidance, and see His power at work in ways you never imagined.
