STEP UP FOR A CAUSE: JOIN THE GE FUNDRUN MARCH 2026!

This March 2026, move with purpose and make a difference by joining the GE FundRun—a virtual run/walk supporting supplies for GE Camp. Whether you run, walk, jog, or roll, your effort helps create unforgettable experiences for campers in need.

Participate anytime, anywhere, and at your own pace throughout the month. Track your progress with your favorite fitness app, and inspire others by sharing your journey using #GE-FundRun on social media.

STEP 1: Sign up

Sign up and commit to run, walk, jog—or move in your own way—anytime during the month of March.

STEP 2: Fundraise and Earn Swag

Encourage your family and friends to support your FundRun by sharing the fundraising pledge page.

Adult Participants who raise $100 or more will receive a GE t-shirt, and those who raise $300, $500, or more will unlock exclusive additional rewards!

Kid Participants will receive weekly stickers to fill up their passports after completing learning quizzes about a different country each week of the run. Plus, those who raise $100, $300, $500, or more will unlock special exclusive rewards!

To qualify for swag, all funds must be received by April 9. Once you reach a reward level, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to have your items shipped directly to you.

STEP 3: Track your Progress

Track your progress using your favorite fitness app, and log your miles daily or weekly with our official FundRun Log Sheet. Connect with fellow virtual participants through our private Band App group—share updates, cheer each other on, and stay motivated all month long!

STEP 4: Share Your Photos

Throughout the event month, snap a photo of yourself, your friends, or your family participating in the FundRun and share it with us! Don’t forget to tag @globalencounter on Instagram and Facebook, and use the hashtag #GE-FundRun for a chance to be featured on our social media channels.

ADULT FUNDRAISING REWARDS: Raise $100 or more to receive a Global Encounters t-shirt.

Each adult participant will receive only one reward, based on the highest level they achieve.

KIDS FUNDRAISING REWARDS: Kid participants will receive weekly stickers to fill up their GE passport by completing fun learning quizzes about a different country each week of the FundRun.

In addition, kids who fundraise will earn one exclusive reward based on the highest fundraising level they reach, $100, $300, $500+

Each child will receive only one reward, based on their final fundraising total—so aim high and have fun making a difference!

GRAND PRIZES

  • Adult Grand Prizes

    🏃 Most Miles
    The participant who logs the most miles during March wins!
    ✅ Be sure to track and record your progress using the official FundRun Log Sheet for your miles to count.

    🎯 Most Children Sponsored
    This award recognizes both your distance and fundraising impact!
    Formula: (Miles × Dollars Raised) ÷ 7.50
    ➡️ It costs approximately $7.50 to provide one week of camp supplies for a child.

    👥 Most Sponsors
    Awarded to the participant with the most individual sponsors.
    ✅ Only confirmed donations will count, so encourage your sponsors to follow through.

    ⚠️ Important:
    • All totals will be based on funds received by April 9—be sure your donations are in on time!
    • Each participant is eligible to win only one grand prize.
    • If a participant qualifies for more than one category, the next eligible runner-up will be awarded the additional prize.

  • Kids' Grand Prizes
