Gracias, Senor
"Gracias, Senor, Gracias, Senor."Your heart is too full to say much else when you walk into a room like this.Standing back and observing the room, looking for that "magical shot"; my heart was filled with gratitude. Thankfulness to the Lord for His kindness in allowing me to be part of a room full of Ecuadorian children singing exuberant praise to HIM, thankfulness for the photographers who were already connecting and investing and loving on these kids, and thankfulness to the Lord for being a God of redemption and hope - for e.v.e.r.y.o.n.e.Sunday was spent interacting with kids in the morning while we did two "large groups" with skits, songs, etc for their church services; then lunch with the Pastor, team devotions and training, and then some hardcore Photography team training and prep. Eating dark chocolate pomegranates (necessary for adequate brain function!) and setting up cameras, we enjoyed bonding together as a team IN PERSON at last. Meeting us in every moment, the Lord gave clarity as we worked through insane logistics for the 5 days ahead. Excitement filled the room as everything started to come together and we were finally ready to get this party started!!!
So excited to continue to love on these kids and have opportunity to share the story of the greatest LOVE of all.AshlynPartner with us in prayer: Today we begin to establish relationships with these kids and I teach on the promise of Salvation. Pray for a clear and direct message and hearts that are open and willing to receive.
