Cook of the Month: Spanish & FoodThe language trip has been nothing short of enjoyable, challenging, and incredible. I have enjoyed each and every day. I have learned so much and I feel like my brain has been stretched to capacity. But somehow I keep filling it up with more. I have found that you can always go further than you think you can. Godʼs grace is sufficient and I am sure of that. However, I just have to talk about something that is so overlooked when you take on a challenge of attending language school in another county. It is those around you that help make you successful. It is those who give and go unmentioned. The person that I am talking about is our wonderful hostess Julie Terrell. She has planned and cooked all our meals. She has cooked some of the most wonderful and delicious meals a person could have. These meals have been a key part in keeping our brains “healthy” with all the Spanish we have been stuffing in them. So, I just wanted to take the time to say thanks to Julie for all her hard work. You have been a blessing to the whole team and we canʼt say enough. Your service has been invaluable. You have invested in those who will be investing in the kingdom of God. May the Lordbless you because of your service. You have my vote as Cook of the Month!Daniel, for the team
