We're in Peru!!!

After months of preparation, the team is in Peru!!! Even with a bunch of delays, we all made it to Lima in time to catch our international flight. Many thanks to the Forman family for letting a bunch of us spend the night at their house t make it easier to make our connections. Kailyn was the last arrival in Miami with about 2 minutes to spare. We all heaved a sigh of relief when she walked (ran) onto the plane. Unfortunately, her luggage didn't traverse the airport with the same speed and was left behind. This is the part of the team that spent the night in Florida. We thought Florida was hot and humid. Whew! Peru makes Florida feel cool. Definitely a change for those of us who left snow behind at home.Donde esta el bus? It took a while to locate our bus and bus driver.Everyone was a good sport about waiting, but we are so glad to have beds and a chance to catch some sleep.
